WHY TERMS MATTER

How Knowing These Terms Helps You Decide

When you open a slot, the RTP figure and volatility label tell you how that game pays out over time — not a promise, but a published characteristic from the provider.

FOUR TERM FAMILIES

Where Each Term Family Appears in the Lobby

Each group of terms lives in a specific part of the platform. Knowing which family a word belongs to tells you exactly where to look for it — game detail panel, cashier screen, account dashboard or information page.

  • Game Mechanics

RTP, volatility, house edge, payline, multiplier and RNG appear on the game detail panel or in the provider's published game sheet. We show RTP only where the game or studio exposes it; we do not estimate or fill in a figure ourselves.

  • Odds and Markets

Asian handicap, over/under, decimal odds and spread are terms visible in the sportsbook section. Cricket markets — including BPL and international fixtures — use the same odds formats as other sports, displayed directly on the event card.

  • Wallet and Payments

Deposit, withdrawal, e-wallet, minimum deposit, transaction reference and wallet verification are all cashier-screen terms. Rocket and Bank Transfer are the configured payment routes; each shows its own fields and confirmation steps at the point of use.

  • Account and Information

KYC, rollover, turnover, wagering requirement and eligible account are terms you encounter on the account dashboard and information detail page. Read the full conditions shown there before accepting any offer — the fields are specific to each information.

CORE GAME TERMS

Definitions: Core Game and Casino Vocabulary

These six terms appear most often when browsing the slot lobby, opening a live dealer table or reading a game detail card. Each definition below is the standard industry meaning.

What does RTP mean?

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is the percentage of total bets a game is designed to return over a very large number of rounds. A figure of 96% means 96 per 100 wagered returns to players on average across all sessions, not per individual round.

What is house edge?

House edge is the mathematical advantage the game holds over the player, expressed as a percentage. It is the complement of RTP carries a 4% house edge. Every standard casino game has a built-in house edge by design.

What does volatility mean in a slot?

Volatility describes how frequently a slot pays out and how large those payouts tend to be. High volatility means less frequent wins but larger amounts when they land. Low volatility means more regular smaller wins. Providers publish this on the game detail panel.

What is a wager or turnover?

A wager is a single bet placed on a game or market. Turnover is the total value of all wagers placed in a period or against a condition.

What does jackpot mean?

A jackpot is the highest prize available in a specific game, reached by hitting a defined combination or entering a prize-style feature round. The size and trigger condition vary by game and are shown in the game's own paytable or feature description.

What is a live dealer?

A live dealer game streams a real human dealer from a studio to your screen in real time.

ODDS PAYMENT ACCOUNT TERMS

Definitions: Odds, Payment and Account Vocabulary

These terms appear in the sportsbook, cashier and account setup sections. They are different from game mechanics and matter most when you are funding an account via Rocket or Bank Transfer, placing a cricket market bet or completing identity steps.

What is Asian handicap?

Asian handicap is a betting format that removes the draw outcome by giving one side a virtual head start. It is common in football and cricket markets.

What does over/under mean?

Over/under is a market where you bet on whether a stat — runs in cricket, goals in football — will finish above or below a set line.

What is rollover or wagering requirement?

Rollover is the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is processed. A rollover of five means you place bets totalling five times the relevant amount. The exact multiplier is shown on the information's own conditions page.

What is an e-wallet in the context of this platform?

An e-wallet is a mobile-linked payment account — such as Rocket — that holds a balance you can use to fund your gaming account. Deposits made via Rocket pass through the e-wallet's own confirmation step before the balance appears in your account wallet.

What does KYC mean?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is an identity verification step where you submit documents to confirm your name, age and account ownership. Our account page shows the specific documents and upload fields required at each stage of the verification process.

What is decimal odds format?

Decimal odds show the total return per unit staked, including your original stake. Odds of 2.50 on a 100-taka bet return 250 taka total if the bet wins — 150 taka profit plus the 100-taka stake back. This format is the default display in our sportsbook.

TERMS IN CONTEXT

How These Terms Connect to Real Lobby Decisions

Reading a term in isolation is useful, but seeing where it appears in an actual account journey makes it practical. When you open Crash Zap, the game detail panel shows a multiplier scale — that multiplier is the game mechanic term in action

  • Multiplier → Crash Zap game panel

The rising multiplier in Crash Zap is the live application of the multiplier term.

  • Asian Handicap → BPL event card

When a cricket event in the sportsbook displays a handicap line — say, Bangladesh needing to win by more than a set run margin — the Asian handicap definition applies directly. The event card shows both sides of the handicap and the corresponding decimal odds for each.

  • Rollover → Information conditions page

Any information that requires account activity before withdrawal will display a rollover figure on its own conditions page. That number is the turnover multiplier from the glossary. Check the conditions page first; it states the amount, eligible games and time window clearly.

  • KYC → Account verification screen

The account verification screen is where KYC becomes an action. The fields shown there — document type, upload area, confirmation status — are the practical form of the KYC definition. Follow the instructions on that screen exactly; do not submit documents to any other channel.

Ask Us If a Term or Feature Is Unclear

If a definition here does not fully match what you see on screen — because a game panel uses a different label, or a information condition uses phrasing you have not seen before — our support channels are the right place to ask.

  • Live Chat

The live chat option is accessible from the account area once you are signed in. Use it to ask about a specific term on a game panel, a cashier field you do not recognise, or a condition shown in a information you are considering.

  • Help Section

The on-site help section carries reference articles on payment steps, account verification and information conditions. If a glossary term connects to a process — such as KYC or rollover — the help article for that process gives the platform-specific detail.

  • Account Page Prompts

Many account screens include inline guidance text next to their fields. Before contacting support, check whether the cashier, verification or information page already explains the term in context. These prompts are the most direct source for field-specific terminology.

USING PLATFORM FEATURES

Questions About Using Features These Terms Describe

These questions are about how you interact with the features behind the terms — not definitions, but practical account and lobby actions.

Where do I find the RTP figure for a specific slot?

Open the game detail panel before launching the slot. If the studio has published an RTP figure, it appears there.

How do I check the rollover remaining on an active information?

Log into your account and go to the information or bonus section of the dashboard. Information show the rollover progress — amount wagered versus the total required. The figure updates after each qualifying wager and reflects only eligible game activity as stated in the conditions.

What do I need to complete KYC on my account?

Go to the account verification section in your dashboard. The fields there list the document types accepted and the upload steps. Follow the instructions shown on that screen; the requirements are set there, not in this glossary. Completion unlocks full withdrawal access on your account.

How does a Rocket deposit appear in my account wallet?

After you confirm a Rocket deposit on the cashier screen and the transaction is processed, the balance appears in your account wallet.

Can I see decimal odds switched to a different format?

Check the sportsbook settings or display preferences in your account. If an odds format option is available, it appears there. Not all formats may be available depending on the market and event type; the sportsbook shows only the formats configured for that market.

What counts as an eligible wager toward a turnover requirement?

The information conditions page lists which game categories and specific titles count toward the turnover figure. Not every bet across every game qualifies. Read the conditions before placing wagers you intend to count — the eligible categories are defined per offer, not globally.
